Biography

As a passionate educator, Mrs. Deschamps believes that the foundation of a successful classroom begins with strong, trusting relationships with students. Her approach to teaching is centered on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and understood. She strives to connect with each learner individually, recognizing their unique strengths and challenges. 

Mrs. Deschamps is originally from Southern California. She loves to be outdoors, go horseback riding on her black and white paint horse, read books, and run 5k races. She is married to her high school sweetheart. 

Mrs. Deschamps has received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Western Governors University. She currently holds her Professional Educator License for the State of Utah. She has previous teaching experience in grades kindergarten through sixth. She has a joy for first grade and is excited to be a part of the GFA team!
