Tammy Todd

Mrs. Todd is thrilled to be starting her fifth year as the librarian for Good Foundations Academy.  She says it’s the best job in the building because she gets to help kids find great books to read!! She has a B.S. in Elementary Education with endorsements in library/media, and reading. She attends library conferences every year and loves bringing new ideas back to our Guardian library.  She has been working in education almost 20 years.  During that time, she has worked for Sylvan Learning Center as an Associate Director, and Reading Specialist.  In public schools, she taught 1st and 2nd grade, and ran an intervention team for 5th/6th graders.  She is married and has two grown sons.  She has lived in three states: Washington, New Mexico, and Utah.  In her spare time, she loves to read, kayak, sew, garden, and take her cattle dog, Luna, for walks.  She has recently taken up Pickle Ball, which is a much easier game to play than tennis.
