Biography

Mrs. Layton earned her degree in Elementary Education from Western Governors University and holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Technology. She has also obtained endorsements in Technology and Instructional Coaching.

Mrs. Layton has eight years of teaching experience, during which she has taught first grade, second grade, and sixth grade. She has also served as an Instructional Coach, supporting teachers and helping them grow in their instructional practices.

Mrs. Layton is married and has two little girls. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and practicing yoga. She is passionate about creating a positive learning environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Mrs. Layton is thrilled to be part of the Good Foundations Academy community and looks forward to helping her students learn, and grow!
