Gladys Valdez is the Food Service Director for Good Foundations Academy. She is passionate about providing students with nutritious and delicious meals that fuel their learning and promote healthy eating habits for a lifetime. She loves to interact and encourage students to try new foods! She is married, and has 3 children who like to go camping and explore new places.
